Superintendent's Message
It is my pleasure to
extend a warm welcome to Little Wound School for the 2018-2019 school year and
to those students and parents new to our school, WELCOME!
Since July 2017, I have
been honored to serve as the Superintendent of Little Wound School. It is a privilege
to be a part of a community where parents, teachers and students care for each
other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic, social
and cultural growth.
As an enrolled member of
the Oglala Sioux Tribe, I have been involved with BIE Operated Schools and Tribal
Grant Schools since 2003. Coming back to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation as a
school leader is an important process of giving back to our tribe as education
is the key to the future success of our students at Little Wound School. read more
