Highlights

Senior Nikolas Yellow Boy has reached Premier Distinction, the highest degree in the National Speech and Debate Appreciation Honor Society.  Fewer than 3% of NSDA members earn Premier Distinction prior to graduation. This milestone is a celebration of the hundreds of hours Nicolas has spent preparing, practicing and competing to hone their communication and leadership skills.

Congratulations Nikolas!

RILEY CASEY SETS ALL NATIONS ALL-TIME SINGLE SEASON RECORD - Riley Casey of Little Wound needed 220 passing yards to match the All Nations all-time single season passing yards record of 1,889, set by former Little Wound standout Cashus Hunter. After a mostly running game in the first round victory vs. Pine Ridge, Riley would need to have one of his best passing games of the season to match and break the record.
As he tried his best the lead the Mustangs to a semifinal victory against Todd County, he amassed 225 passing yards to finish the 2025 season with 1,894 passing yards. Little Wound ended up losing a hard-fought game to the Falcons in the All Nations 9A semifinals by a score of 50-46. He received great news earlier this week when he was named First Team All-Confefence and a Native All-American by the Native American Athletic Foundation.
Congrats to Riley on an outstanding year in his lone All Nations season and we look forward to seeing where this young man will play collegiately!
